EPRIVA takes over your Hungarian EPR compliance and acts – where the law requires it – as your authorised representative in Hungary.
What the representative does
They discharge your Hungarian obligations, in your name.
- Registration with OKIR and MOHU on your behalf
- Classification of your products and packaging (KF codes)
- Filing the quarterly returns, on time
- Forwarding the MOHU invoices
- Acting as the contact for Hungarian authorities
§ 10
Foreign producers may appoint, in writing, an authorised representative established in Hungary holding a Hungarian tax number; where goods are placed on the market through online retail, obligations are discharged through that representative.
